These were some of my favorite Christian films when I was growing up, especially since my mom was old enough to appreciate all of the Willie Aames jokes and clue us in.
In my opinion, that's "Christian silly done right" though these kids' films feature a lot of "spiritual battling" using Scripture and lightsabers so maybe waiting for the kids to be past 12 might be a good idea. I really like the "quote Scripture in combat" idea these episodes emulate to encourage kids to apply Scripture to real-life situations...it's a lot of fun. Worth the watch if you can find an old DVD.
