How fast things have changed since Isarel became a nation in 1948..I know theres always been evil in the world but it seems since the rebirth of Isarel the rest of the world has went downhill fast..One thing that comes to mind is the great increase in knowledge..went from listening to radios to 24 hour tv and internet..Back then you hardly knew what was happening in the town next to you now you know when something is happening anywhere on the planet..

ive thought the same for a long time. how do you go from 2000+ years of riding horses and using bows and arrows to jet planes, cars, nuclear weapons, machine guns, internet, satelites, space ships, the list goes on and on; this all happening in what a 100 year time span? people who deny that something supernatural is allowing us these things are blind. humans are not smart enough, we do not deserve credit for such creations, we are allowed the knowledge when the time is right. there is no doubt in my mind that the earth will be undergoing major changes, politically, environmentally in the coming years.

Yes. Even more so since Jerusalem was recaptured in 1967. For example: Roe v. Wade in 1973. Man walked on the moon in 1969.

How does one gauge "change?" As you said, until very recently, communication was done very slowly. The reason one might think there is a lot of "change" is because one has more access to information than someone a hundred years ago. Now, instead of only knowing what's going on in your own town, state, country, you have access to literally a world of information. It is not surprising that it would seem things are changing, and just so you know, it has absolutely nothing to do with Israel stealing land away from the Palestinians.

Are you serious? To limit technological improvement to merely the last 100 years and then attribute it solely to supernatural influence is to betray a horrific naievity of history and the steps taken over the last several thousand years to bring technology to the place where it is.

your wrong, im right. from the time of the ancient romans to the foundation of the united states over 1,000 years went by and we were still traveling by use of animals. only within the last 100 years have we progressed so much in travel and technology which are signs of the season, deny it if you want.

Well, as to being not smart enough -man is most certainly smart enough; that's why we have more than three thousand spoken languages -from however many the LORD divided the one language into, at Babel- precisely because we (fallen man made in the image and likeness of God) could have acheived whatever came into our minds to do.

We've been held in check, slowed down, by the language barrier, from achievements that are not allowed yet -and those civilizations that have risen since Babel that achieved great technological advances that we moderns have not yet acheived, again, have been sent back to the dark ages through wars and (super) 'natural' disasters -again and again -until the LORD allows it all to come together at the final end, when the final man of sin challenges YHWH's throne in Jerusalem, and in heaven....then -curtains!

I will deny it. Just because humanity has other forms of transportation than just animals does not mean that the end of the world is close. There is a definite disconnect in this type of reasoning.

They're not the only ones.
The ICA stones of Peru show anatomicaly correct heart transplants, among other things, but the most amazing one that caught my attention when I first researched ICA stones (after reading a creationist book on ancient man's technologies, worldwide) -was, get this! a 'brian' transplant!

"That is far out", I thought; and yet, within two months of my first reading that, I opened my conservative online news link and -lo and behold!- the headline was that two 'scientists' had transplanted a monkey brain in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the monkey had lived, that lost his by surgical removal, and had 'received' the other monkey's 'brain' -for several hours! Reading the link told that actually, the (mad) scientists had actually only transplanted one monkey head to another monkey, but; Hey!- they have to start somewhere.

Also, the ancient stories of chimera (those DNA mixed, 'part one creature and part another creature' beasts), is being done again (?), by modern 'mad scientists' (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=chimera+beasts&spell=1) and we haven't yet acheived what the ancients report -THANK GOD!
Noah was 'perfect in his geneaology' -and YHWH sent to Noah the beasts of the earth that He selected, to keep alive (perfect in their genealogies, too, no doubt!).

God will put a stop to all this madness soon, when our cup of iniquity is full -for that is His pattern; and if the LORD isn't ready to return and set up His kingdom yet, then our modern civilizations will be put back into the dark ages again, and our technological achievements will be just as buried as ancient civilizations have been- that only have come to (modern) 'light' in the last century (and almost a half).

Where is travel and technology listed as a "sign of the season?"

It's mentioned in Daniel that people will go to and fro and knowledge will increase, but that's been going on since the fall of man.

Ecc 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

The only thing that technology has to do with the end times is that it forces people into being accustomed to a certian way of life, which is opposite of that which God commanded of His people. This is the system of the beast, which has also existed since the Tower of Babel. We are to have the Lord provide for us by living off the land, and not worry about providing for ourselves or have the government provide for us.

I'm working on leaving it currently.

I've got a Christian friend that used to work for the telephone company. There is a medical research lab down in N. Carolina that she used to live near. Said there were some aweful crossing critter experiments going on down there and several of them have escaped. Some of them have terrorized neighborhoods during the night. One in particular screamed like a woman, walked upright and was white all over. It dissappeared into the woods.

They do a lot of DNA research.

I know there is a lot of human slavery that goes on. Children dissappear and are sent into slavery for prostitution; however, I often wonder how many dissappear and it is our own government allowing it for research.

Crossed critters are sterile, most generally -and still have to be of the same 'kind' to breed naturally, and will only breed a cross of the kind.

The DNA experiments that put human DNA material into the nucleus of the egg of beasts (and fish or beast DNA into vegetation) by laboratory splicings that cannot happen in nature are that of which I speak. The fallen world before the flood had done lots of messin' round, apparently -and you know what happened to them!

there's a pic on internet of a mouse with a human ear growing out of it's back, and a goat that had spider DNA that had webs in it's milk -if I remember that one right.
God forbids that, just as he forbids any mixing of 'kinds', and will end it when the cup of iniquity is full.
