that help to sculpt the body without gym equipment?

I was going to try the 10 minutes trainer, but someone told me it is really for people who had some experience in work out, because Tony
did not really give full explanations on many of the moves, and beginner would get lost easily

I really like the 10 Minute Solutions series. They have a wide variety with dancing, yoga, pilates, bootcamp. I like the dancing ones as it's hard for me to do floor exercises like pilates. The Dance Fat Off Fast one is good for beginners.

T25 is awesome!
I also like a lot of Jillian Michael's dvds; some are harder than others - what level are you looking for?

Having done both, I agree. Focus T25 was especially good because they show modifications, and can show busy people that effective exercise in a 25 minute time frame is doable. My only issue with Jillian Michaels is that I find some of her workouts to get boring quickly, but they are effective too. Also, just as an FYI for anyone looking into the Beach Body stuff: You don't need to buy their recovery drink products or get caught up with their coach pyramid schemes. You can get results without them.

Agreed! That stuff is for serious athletes. Besides, you can make your own smoothie and if you eat healthy (lots of fruits and veggies) you don't need their special drink. Besides, our bodies weren't made to eat every vitamin on the planet every day!

Does anyone know a good yoga video?

Hello,
I'm 57 turning 58 soon.
When I started using Slim in 6 DVD, the first time was about 20 min, then after the Slim in 6, I did Turbo Jam for about 7 - 10 min. That's the first time.
Then I cut down to 15 minutes for Slim in 6, and Turbo Jam about 7 - 10 minutes for a few times.
I stopped because my legs felt sore.
Started back up Wednesday the 10th for 10 minutes and for another 10 minutes today. I exercise every 2nd day. I won't push myself again like I'm 20-40 years old.
I can exercise at my own pace without getting lost or left behind.
I enjoy it.
Have a good day.
