The name elohim appears
32 times in the first chapter of the Book of Moses up to the sentence
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. Gen 2:1
This corresponds to the numerical value of the word leb, i.e. heart
2. ב בּ Bet/Vet 2
12. ל Lamed 30

What is the heart of elohim?
The first word of the Torah is
bereshit (In the beginning)
בראשית
And the last word of the Torah?
The last word is (Cf. Deu 34:12)
Yisrael
ישראל
If you take the last letter of the last word, you get
ל, Lamed. The first letter of the first word is
ב, Bet.
Since you read Hebrew from right to left, you arrive at the word
leb, which means heart.
The Torah is the heart of G-d
The Creator created this world according to the blueprint of the Torah.
The 3rd book of Proverbs calls the Torah wisdom and understanding and the tree of life, which founded the earth and fortified the heavens
Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her. The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. Pro 3:13-19
Gerschom Scholem, German-Israeli Jewish religious historian, writes in his seminal book The Jewish Mysticism
For them, the Torah is a living organism. A secret life pulsates in infinite layers in its interior beneath the outer shell of literal meaning, and each such layer corresponds to a new and profound meaning of the Torah. The Torah is therefore not just chapters, sentences and words, but rather the living embodiment of divine wisdom, from which eternal and infinite rays break forth. It is not merely the historical law of G-d's people, although it is that too, rather it is the cosmic law of all worlds that sprang from G-d's wisdom. Every configuration of letters in it, whether it makes sense within human languages or not, is a symbol of one of G-d's forces at work in the universe.
The Torah is therefore the
chokmah, the Hebrew word for wisdom, the word of G-d, symbolised by the
32nd verse.
Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. Ps 119:160
Thus one should get to the bottom of things by getting to the bottom of the words (Hebrew:
dabar which means word, matter or thing) and thereby seeking the truth in the word stems right down to the letters.
The term "wise" (to be, to become) occurs 27 times in 26 verses in the OT
The Hebrew word
chakam consists of the letters
8. ח Chet (fence/separation)
11. כ כּ Kaf/Khaf (palm/grasping hand like)
13. מ Mem (water, of, from)
The other (grammatical) meanings are:
"To be/become wise" therefore means
"to separate from the questions towards the answers, towards realisation"
The following verse shows that even those who are already wise still seek knowledge
The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge. Pro 18:15
This makes it clear that the state of being wise does not actually exist, there is only the path of becoming wise
Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Pro 6:6
The word chokmah occurs 150 times in the OT, it is derived directly from chakam by an added ה, He
ח Chet 8
כ Kaf/Khaf 20
מ Mem 40
ה He 5
and is composed as follows
Chet ח separation
Kaf כ like
Mem-He מה what
wise (to be, to become), chakam ח-כמ separation - from - how
wisdom, chokmah ח-כ-מה separation - from -how -what
Wisdom is the separation of the how and the what.
The wisdom of elohim is understanding and realisation in all assignments
And he hath filled him with the spirit of G-d, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship; Ex 35:31
The wisdom of man is when he turns away from evil and becomes G-d-fearing
And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding. Hiob 28:28
He thus separates himself from the question: How and what do I believe?
For true wisdom there are no more questions about "how" and "what", everything is obvious, all answers are already given. Man does not seem to have been born wise, he has to become wise. He must try to grasp all things in life with understanding, blind faith does not lead to wisdom, in his research man will recognise more and more the divine wisdom, the divine order, and such recognition makes one fearful of G-d.
But every human being also has enough opportunity to convince himself of the incredible diversity of life in nature.
Thus wisdom does not only mean the separation of "how" and "what", but in the Hebrew meaning of the word even the effect of G-d's wisdom is described, namely an immense diversity:
He prefix ה introduces question (?)
Mem מ quantity
Kaf כ like
Kaf-Mem-He כמה how much
So, to summarise, the Hebrew word for wisdom, chokmah, contains the statement
Chet ח separation
Kaf-Mem-He, כמה how much
wise (to be, to become), chakam ח-כמ separation - from - how
Wisdom, chokmah ח-כ-מה-מה separation-from-how-what/how-much
Wisdom is the separation from "how" and "what" and "how much" towards diversity
O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches. Ps 104:24
