Anyone in to Bodybuilding??

Hi I have been lifting 7 years and would really love to meet Christ Loving people in the same sport. I have a few questions about faith and bodybuilding. plus just looking for more brothers and sisters who share a common hobbie.

the is a passion of mine. i would love ro do a show next year, but i am a little worried i lack in some areas. i did the bb forums too, but they are really turning into a mess. they are less about bb and more about vulgarity and insulting. anyway, i work out around four times a week. i am doing a push-pull routine. day 1- pull, day 2-push, and day 3-off, repeat. would love to find more involved, maybe start a sub-forum....

I wouldn't call myself a bodybuilder, but im a gym junkie and love working out; if that counts.

I started at Gold's Gym last summer and work out 5 x a week. Body buliding was not my intention but adding upper strength was.

I never had the discipline to diet like bodybuilders do when cutting. So I have been powerlifting on & off for 20 years now. As long as I make weight 148lb class, Thats all that matters LOL Masters 50-54 age group Fed: 100% RAW

I use to be very much into working out. While i was not a bodybuilder per say, i really liked the sport of bodybuilding/ still do. Then i got a job and now i work 50 hrs a week and dont really have any time. I wish could get back into it (i need to watch pumping Iron to get motivated again lol).

According to me weight lifting is the best way for get health. if you lifting to 7 year then you have more health.

I've been lifting weights for 15 years or so but I'm not a body builder. I lift more like an athlete now and I was a power lifter years ago. I guess when I started I lifted like a body builder.

I love lifting weights. I'm very inconsistent but when I'm motivated for stretches at a time I do lifting & calisthenics one day and run the next day.
