I am due with my fifth in early September. My oldest will be 6 at the end of September (I also have twins so it really doesn't sound as bad as it could be). Any other moms here who have three or more and are under 30?
Just wondering if I'm all alone out there

My grandmother had her fifth baby on the same day that her oldest (my dad) turned six - all single births too.

I had my 3rd when I was 28, my 4th when I was 30. So certainly not as close or as many as some, but more and younger than the average that's for sure.
And particularly where I live at the moment, 2 children is normal, 3 is unusual but mostly acceptable (considered a big family) and my 4 (oldest is 8yo) are .








And because I really can't keep a secret any more, I'm also pg with #5, due in November. Top secret, I'm only 7 weeks atm.

Wow, huge congratulations sparassidae!!!

I would love to have 3,4,5 while still under 30. My fertility (or lack thereof) means I'm happy with my 2 and waiting to see what God does. But I've got plenty more years before 30 so I do hope to one day fit into this category!

rainbowbright, I have 5 (older now) but I had three in nappies & a preschooler by the time I was 30 ~ identical twins so not all my fault. We were considered...unusual, even back then.

I'm not yet a parent. But hubby and I do consider ourselves "quiverfull".

My oldest sister is 30 and she has 7 children!! She has two sets of twins. My sister in law is 27 and she has 4. My other sister is 25 and she has 5. Then my other sister is 20 and she has 2... I know she doesn't have 3, but I'm sure she will before she's 30.

It actually works out quite well, in her situation. The two oldest girls are twins and they just adore the babies, who are twins. So the oldest girls always take care of the babies, and that just leaves the three in between for Anna to take care of.

My aunt had 5 live children plus one miscarriage by the time she was 28. The oldest was 6 when the youngest was born...and no twins.

i have a cousin with 6 children under age 7 and she is 32. But she has 2 sets of twins.

well, at least I know I'm not the only mom under 30 with a bunch of kids under 6. I sometimes have people tell me I'm too young to have as many kids as I do, but I just feel blessed, not overloaded

That's great that you feel blessed! Although personally I feel overloaded some days instead

My problem is I look younger than I am, so it just makes people's impressions even worse.
