Well, here in Cal. there was some porn star girl running for an office. (seriously)...
I about croaked. Not a whole lot shocks me these days - altho I do get surprised here and there (and not in a good way).

IIRC, one of those ran for parliament in Italy, and was elected.

P.S.: Yep, I was right. Illona Staller aka Cicciolina, was elected in 1987. She served one term, then lost her bid for re-election, but continues to be active in Italian politics. She's a leftie, no surprise there.

Seems to me that to say an American running for president is the antichrist is making America way too importand. I don't even see America mentioned in the Bible.

Besides why would a Christian become the antichrist? Makes no sense to me.

I don't think Obama is the Anti-Christ, but I'm concerned about his politics and his associations.

And I think if he gets elected AND has any overwhelmingly Dem Congress (which becomes more and more likely), they'll collectively plunge the country into a Carter-esque morass -- or worse.
