  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

that people who have likely spend 8+ years watching Fox News are so wrapped up in CNN's "credibility"?
NBC has come out in favor of Oprah for president in 2020. Who is CNN supporting?

I never saw Apprentice. What was it about?

It was about folks competing in an on television to see who was the best at meeting a challenge and completing an assigned task that always had something to do with business or marketing. The last one standing won. Sometimes it was just aspiring young business people competing or in "Celebrity Apprentice" it was celebrities competing with any monies received going to a charity designated by the celebrity. It was at the top or near the top of the NBC lineup as long as Trump ran it. It didn't fare well when Trump left the show to be a Presidential candidate and Arnold Schwartzenegger, chosen to replace Trump, quit the show when the ratings were in the basement within a few months. I don't think it has ever been resurrected, or if it has I haven't heard anything about it.

Donald Trump was definitely the personality that kept people tuning in, and I can't think of anybody who could actually replace him.

But those who attempt to make President Trump just a 'television personality' are dishonestly looking past his experience and track record in running an enormous business enterprise, solving problems, negotiating deals all over the world, and otherwise bringing to his current job experience, know how, and ability that few Presidents have when they are elected.

He and the job are a work in progress I think. He is enduring a major learning curve in dealing with the permanent political class in Washington that would be daunting for anybody who actually wanted to get something significant done. But he was elected to be politically incorrect, to shake up the status quo, to be our representative who is not part of the self-serving establishment political class and actually accomplish something.

His intentions and efforts so far have included mistakes, miscalculations, and the necessity to discard Plan A through whatever that hasn't worked and go to the next plan that works. But we are seeing some great results just the same because I believe his heart, intentions, goals, and objectives are on point and he is not a man who gives up easily just because something is hard to do.

I hope all Christians are praying for him and Congress and everybody who needs God's guidance in the effort.

When you walk with the Lord, you make mistakes, but the Lord straightens them out for you. I think Donald is walking with the Lord.

He's done a tremendous job of making conservative Christian folks who'd never thought they'd see the day they'd praise Obama praise him on account of Trump being such a disgraceful embarrassment in comparison.

It might be more fruitful to discuss issues rather than personalities.

I think you missed the six bankruptcies and alleged $5 million of unpaid labor. He's pretty much a robber baron, though I guess that's one way to define success.

You are not speaking for me...for the 1st time we have a president who is fighting against abortion, against religious bias against Christians, against the forfeiture of the Constitution of The United States, protecting our 2nd Amendment Rights, setting the precedence for world leaders to follow. I will never praise Obama who lied about to us about OBAMAcare, and who lied to us about funding terrorists, who lied to us about being a Christian. AND who lied to us about being a citizen when he blatantly enrolled as a foreign student in college.....i could go on...his ties with Hillary is fixing to catch up with him.

I am pretty sure Donald Trump paid everybody who was entitled to be paid. The bankruptcies were not personal bankruptcies but the type that gives a business time to regroup, reorganize, and get its house in order. It doesn't protect the business from having to pay its bills at all.

And in a multi-billion dollar multi-faceted business that is going to happen from time to time no matter who is running it.

Those bankruptcies were far less serious than running a country into bankruptcy which our former leadershp pretty much did. We now have a President with the will and intention of turning that around. I prayer that all Christians will support him in prayer.
