Anybody want to help me make a Christian MUD

Hi, I was wanting to create a Christian MUD. Good MUD's are really a lot of fun and I thought it would be cool to create one of my own.

My idea is to make it sort of like spritiual warfare. It will be a fantasy genre. The character will pick from a series of angel classes (Some ideas of mine where, a battle angel, a worship angel, a healing angel, etc.) The character would go through a series of acts, each act containing a boss (kind of like diablo) the act bosses would be about either the seven deadly sins, or the ten commandments ( like demons that were notorious for breaking that commandment sort of thing) and that act would evove around things. Example would be 'though shall not covet', the demon would be able to steal the characters abilities etc.

I can program pretty well in Java, but I would like some help. I don't know if I would do it in java or use a MUD creator. Anyway some feedback would be nice. What do you think of gameplay etc. I was kind of worried because the obvious bad guys would have to be demons and some people might find that offensive, but I cant think of anything else. Its stands for Multiple User Dungeon I think. Its is free massively online rpg that is all text based. They are actually quite fun. All you need is a client (perferebbly zmud) or you can just use windows telnet (go to run on the startmenu then type telnet and hit return) You connect that way and then go around doing stuff with other people. REally a lot of fun even though there is no graphics.

i can help with GFX. Making web sites, icons, banners, logos, etc.. I'll email you later about it. I can prolly help out a little bit with the storyline and coding but not that much.

I don't know a thing about Java Programming really. I mostly program in C in the UNIX environment and my main thing is MUD programming in C. I already have a project going so I doubt I can spare time for another project and in another language too heh.

You going to build it from scratch or use something like CoffeeMud? If you write something in Java you may corner the market; few Java's out there. I have no idea what a MUD creator is, is that something like DUMB MUD?

Interesting concept. Is that an open world to explore or more linear like Diablo? Spiritual Warfare model is good to do, been working on one myself.

Website? Should go with a Wiki no doubt. Wiki's are ideal for group development projects.
