Love it! I was wondering if there were any other fans too, it's not really a well-known show yet, probably because it's on USA and not network TV. I just love Monk, he is so brilliant and so child-like at the same time! And him and Sherona are such a cute little team. (well they were, I guess there's someone new now?)

Has the new season started yet?

A few of my favorites are Mr. Monk and the Asylum and Mr. Monk and the Red Headed Stranger. In the asylum he accidentally goes into Trudy's (his deceased wife) old house and ends up in an asylum where he finds a murder mystery. The other one is with Willie Nelson, who gets accused of murder and Monk is the only one who believes that he's innocent. (I own the first season, that's the only reason I know the titles!)

I love the show. And it's so great because I can relate to it so much because I have OCD, but not as bad a Monk. My favorite episode would have to be Mr. Monk and the girl who cried wolf or Mr. Monk and The Panic Room I could not stop laughing when the moneky was in his apartment, and he wanted to sell the house.

I love the show so much I wrote a screenplay for it. I'm going to submit it and see if they like it.

I can not wait until it starts back up.

Wow, you even have a Monk avatar. I'll have to get one of those.

Who do you think killed his wife? In the episode Mr. Monk Goes to the Ballgame, the killer murders the mistress of a major league baseball player to keep him from breaking a record which would make his baseball worthless. I think this is why someone killed Trudy, to keep Monk distracted and from cracking a case wide open. There is some very slight back-up to this in Mr. Monk and the Paperboy, where Monk was convinced that the paperboy was killed to keep Monk from receiving his newspaper and finding evidence about a crime.

My second theory is that someone Trudy wrote an article about did it. This is supported by Dale the Whale claiming that the bomb was indeed for her.

I also have a very long shot theory that Stottlemeyer had something to do with it, because of his intense jealousy of Monk. This is very noticable in the first season. But that is just a back of the mind theory which probably isn't correct.
