I'm a big Nip/Tuck fan. Anyone else in here watch the show? If so, what do you think of season 4 so far?

I ADORE Nip/Tuck. In a sea of cop dramas, reality shows, and...Lost, Nip/Tuck is one of the last good shows out there still on TV.

I think it is definitely the edgiest, sexiest drama on TV. I like it, it's not the doctor comedy like Scrubs, but it is much more rock and roll than Grey's Anatomy.

I tried to watch it a couple of different times. The last time I tried, it was an episode where one of the doctors is having sex with this random chick and she records the whole thing and puts it on the internet, where a couple of nurses are looking at it and laughing, and the doctor freaks out because he thinks he has love handles or something. He wants to get plastic sugery to get them removed, but his closest doctor friend says no. Meanwhile this one chick fires a nurse, I think, because she saw her and another (older?) woman fondle and kiss her. Anyway, the ego doctor guy won't help his supposed closest friend with the delivery of him and his wife's baby, who turns out to have webbed(?) fingers.
Yeah, something like that. After that episode, I was just like no way. The graphic nature of the show is far too gratitous for me. The characters seemed very shallow and one-dimensional as well.
But I've only seen a total of maybe...maybe three episodes. And on such my opinion is based. I could be way off.

You are way off, but at least you gave the show a shot.
The sex scenes can be gratuitous, but they do serve a purpose. After, or during, each scene, we learn a little bit more about how Christian is slipping from his morals and values he had gained when he found out he was a father (a second time) but was striken from him because of circumstances. Really this season, season 4, in my opinion, is not as good as the other three, and I would highly suggest checking out season 1 or 2, possibly 3, if you really want to see some awesome characters from the show that have left us.

I just started watching it when season 4 started and I really like it. My roommates watch it, so I really had no choice if I wanted to watch tv at that time. I think its a really good show, and is not as shallow as some may think. I also have people explaining things to me from the previous seasons so that could help the way I see things.

I think it will be interesting to see where everything goes with Matt. And does that nanny girl blackmail Sean into hiring her over the guy they currently have? I kinda like him.

I'm interested in that, especially with what happened on last week's episode. How will what happened at the end of last season come to haunt him in this one? I hope they didn't just white was that one...I think what we're looking at with Sean's mistake one night stand is that she's going crazy loco, gradually though, but I do think she's going to turn to black mail, and any other means in order to get what she wants.

When she came to Sean and wanted him to check her belly button and Escobar was telling him to kill her, I was rooting on Escobar's side. My roommate was telling me how horrible I was being to the psycho girl but I told him Sean didn't have it in him anyway. Then as she stormed out of the office I thought "she just stopped to scream at sean in the middle of the street?!?!" and as soon as I finished that thought, she got hit by a bus! I laughed out loud so hard.
This season sure started slow but it's getting really good. I can't believe that Escobar kept his word and let Sean go!
So what do you guys think about Kimber's pregnancy with Matt?
Julia's getting on my nerves as always...
