There are plenty of hymns about deliverance. For example, the Welsh hymn, "Guide me O Though Great Jehovah" has a verse which says:

I think this is a deliverance song. The song is called 'Lazarus' and its about coming back alive on Christ when dead. If Christ can raise the dead then he can deliver someone from the suffering and sin they are bound to with Satan.
