I'm looking for a list of book books about the history of the reformation. Any suggestions?

Here's the one I always recommend first. Volumes 6-8 of Philip Schaff's, HISTORY OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH. It is a VERY good read and can be picked up in a number of formats ( 8 volume hardcover set; Logos Library System; Kindle; or read it for free online here: http://www.ccel.org/s/schaff/history/About.htm )

Enjoy .. :)

If you're interested in theology, I suggest McGrath, "Reformation Though." it's one of the standard Reformation history textbooks. If you're more a historian there are other works that concentrate more on history, including things such as social history. But my guess is that readers of this group will prefer McGrath's orientation.
