i was jamming witha mate earlier today... chanter, electric guitar and drums go quite well if u get the sound levels ok....

and really u just play watever notes u can... was great fun!!!

a bellow is something that is caried in the crook of the other arm. you squeese it and pump air into the pipes, you dont blow air into the pipes. its looks like the old fashioned things u used to stir embers with in victorian times.

I am learning the piob mhor right now. I have the breathing down pat, and all that stuff, but my brand new reed is simply to stiff to blow. What do I do? Soak it?
Any help would be very appreciated.

Don't soak it; it'll be moldy. You'll have to break it in.
