That’s what I do! I like to enjoy the lights and decorations without the hubbub.

If it was up to me, I would hoard the house with Christmas decorations, but I don't have the time or energy for that!

I had to call in because I was very lightheaded and felt dizzy. Maybe it was just my anxiety. ugh

Praying you are feeling better. I think Fide is on to something I've been feeling more anxiety the last couple of years and I have no particular reason that should be so. Prayer, Bible study, devotions help me. I can relate, I have sleep issues, too.

I have taken medications for more than half my life. I do not like taking sleep medication because it's been ineffective.

Long story short, my CPAP and good sleep hygiene is the best thing for me.

I'm still working full time too...I hope I cannot be discriminated against because of my medical conditions (anxiety disorder, severe sleep apnea etc). I will explain to HR if that happens.

My doctor wants a sleep study done which hopefully I can do at home. I have a co-worker with sleep apnea and he told me his doctor said as long as he uses The CPAP 4 hours a night. He wasn't using his CPAP,but 4 hours would be sufficient.

FYI:
I'm listening to an online Catholic conference this weekend, and a priest gave a talk about anxiety.

He offered this tip:
He said to imagine Jesus being there with you when you're feeling anxious.

(I'm going to try to remember to do that, the next time anxiety strikes!)
