Answers to prayer?

God answers prayers, but I aree that they are the prayers of repentent sinners. He knows what is best for us, and the world turns. He gave every human the right of free will. It is up to us to decide which paths in life we will follow even if it it is depraved. And Satan is allowed to tempt and bedevil us or use complacency to turn our eyes from God. No parent who has the best intrests of their children would ever allow another to hurt their child. But there are some people who do not care for the hearts of children sadly to say.

God knows when our life on earth is supposed to end and faithfully we are to accept; there is a place for us that is free from the bonds of evil and tourment. This is the place where we are meant to be. In our true form as a spirit without the confines and impurities of the flesh.

For people to do the will of God we must trust through faith. This does not mean that everyone tries to follow the will of God. He did not intend for us to praise Him for His glory simply because we were implanted with a chip. He wants our love jealously yes, but because we want to love Him not because we have to.

Satan is allowed to try and test our faith. I think not because God enjoys suffering, moreover to make us mature and grow in our relationship with Him. I believe people are rewarded through the tests of faith as I have been in my own life. Everyone has a heartwrenching story to tell one of tragedy and pain that makes everyone ask Y? My reward has been an inner peace and a deeper understanding of my life through faith and prayer.


Always remember that God loves the little chilren, they are the truly innocent of the earth and what one does unto a child they do unto Him.

God does not desire unthinking unfeeling machines. He wants people to love Him because they want to love Him. We are gifted with freewill just as the angels. Lucifer made his choice, but with the gift of freewill he could've chose the path God intended for him. That is one example of how much God loves us. He loves us enough to make our own choices.

This is an age old question. Why does God not answer so many prayers? I've seen good people suffer, remain sick, get sicker, and die. All were devout Christians. All were sure God would heal them as they believed the scriptures on healing and had the faith for it. Why did they keep suffering and die?

Why does God not do something to prevent children from being molested, raped, and kidnapped? What sort of parent allows this?

I'm sorry, but this confounds me and I cannot find answer.

Why does He allow evil to exist? The Bible tells us that He suffers the existence of evil for a season so that His glory might be known. How would your know the light if not for the darkness? You wouldn't even perceive it.

God knew that Satan would cause problems. God also put a tree in the Garden of Eden that was off limits to Adam and Eve while He knew they would be tempted and eat from it. This puts God as being responsible for creating evil in many people's minds. I think the bible even says that God created evil. It seems to many that God does nothing to rescue his beloved people from harm or evil. So, that is why people blame God.

It's natural to have periods of time where it "SEEMS" that God is not rescuing His beloved people from harm and evil - as you have put it. But do you really think He would not? Yes, conditions and troubles will get worse on this planet, but if we do not cast away our confidence in Him, there is great reward for our faith. He sees the heart and the deep things of this world and knows our fears. Put your trust in Him and even this life and it's terrors will have no power over you. Death will have no sting. Love when perfected casts out fear. This brief period of trial is nothing compared to eternity and the Bible tells us to place our thoughts and minds with Him where He resides at the right hand of the Father.

Col.3:1 ¶ If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Some of the Saints were thrown to the Lions by the Romans and suffered horrible persecutuions, but where are they now? Their trial is over and their tears have been wiped away by the very hand of God. Look forward to the day when all things will be made right and the beauty God has created will be restored to perfection.

Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Luke 12:7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
