Well, I've been married twice. My second wedding was informal in Vegas. And I didn't give any thought to things like flowers. I just wanted it to be as stress free as possible. But, my husbands friends wife (they both came to stand up as witness') bought me a bouquet of red roses and babies breathe. In my first wedding I had purple, lavendar and dark pink orchids and tiger lillies.

Do you like traditional weddings? Or are you more of a "skydive out of an airplane while taking your vows" kind of person?

I like traditional, but small weddings.
Several of my cousins have married the past couple of years so I've seen big weddings, small ones and one non-traditional (everyone hiked up to a beautiful ledge - Cathedral Ledge it's called - for the ceremony).

I liked the smaller, traditional weddings best.

No. I've been fortunate. But, my little brother did. And you don't want to know about that either. Aren't ticks the most disgusting things? Yuck!

Do you prefer to wear your hair up or down in the hotter parts of the year?

I don't like it on my neck and face when I'm hot and..... damp.

Do you wash your hair every day?

What do you do when you're stuck inside because of stormy weather, besides post on C.F.?

Read, practice the piano, play card games or board games, knit, bake...... All sorts of things.

Do you have more than one hobby?

What else is there besides CF, lol! Just kidding, I clean, talk on the phone and read or cook something.

I love how hats look, but I have mixed feelings about wearing them.
I like to wear 'fashion' type hats as long as I know I can keep them on until I get home again - but otherwise I don't care for hats because they crush my curls and leave me looking pretty disheveled.

I wear earmuffs as much as possible in the winter!

Do you like dangle earrings?

Yes, I really like dangle earrings.
I'm a wimp though - I can't wear heavy ones, they're too uncomfortable.


Do you have pierced ears?

I've had them pierced twice, but they have grown shut. Maybe when Caleb gets a little older I will have time. My teen used to get in my jewelry box when she was 3 and 4 years old and thought my earrings were so pretty. So I owned about one earring of each pair, or no pair at all. She still loves pretty things!

Are you a good singer?

No, I don't have a very good range and my voice isn't very strong.
(I have 2 holes in my left ear because I had so many single earrings that I never got to wear anymore..... I pierced it myself and have never regretted it. Well - after I got past the discussion with my mom that is. )


Would you ever pierce your ears yourself?

I'm too squeamish. I'd make a horrible nurse.

What's your favorite color/type of earring?

I have a pair of small, gold hoops that I wear just about every day, so I suppose that would make them my favorites... but I've also got a pair of little goats (on hooks, not posts) that I love so much!
I don't wear them often though because they're pewter and they're pretty heavy.

Do you wear necklaces often?

Not often but just because I usually wear scrubs to work and to me the less jewelry the more professional the look is with them.

Do you have any tattoos?

If I did I couldn't tell ya 'cause my mother might see my post.
No, I don't have any tattoos and don't have any plans to get one.


Are your ears pierced?

Yes, double pierced on each side. And no I could never have done it myself! You're a brave one

Do you bruise easily? I just got a tetanus shot and you would think a truck hit my arm.
