  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I used to, and now I know: I'm weird! LOL

Okay just kidding. In school though, I was the one everyone liked to pick on. I hated myself because of it. It is only NOW that I realize that those who didn't like me were the snobby popular people (there were snobby popular cliques, and friendly popular cliques at my school), the drug addict/thug type people, and the local trench coat mafia people. They were all people who I didn't want to be friends with anyway, and all of the good true-friend people did like me, so now, it's not as big of a deal as I thought it was.

On the subject of cliques--which one did you fit into when you were in school?

Elementary School: Not part of a clique. (I was the shy kid who was always the target of the bullies.)
Junior High: Popular Kids Clique. Affectionately know as the "Surfers"
High School: Jocks until 11th grade. (I graduated early)
College: Jocks/Honor Society...which wasn't really a clique as much as an anti-clique. :D

Do you know how to use Photoshop?

You know? I have had several. I never thought to rate them as biggest or best before really. Hmmm, well... I guess, I could just give the first...although you might not find it particularly impressive. When I was young, maybe somewhere between 11 and 13. I prayed to God to prove that he existed to me. I said (paraphrased) "God, if you exist, prove it to me by reminding me to pray every night" and low and behold...every night when I went to bed, I got this nagging in my head. "remember to pray" and I did. But after several years of this...I went again to the Lord and asked him to stop reminding me about praying every single night. It was annoying. And I heard, clear as if someone were talking to me, but again, inside my head. "Well, you asked to be reminded" And then it stopped. That would be miracle #1. I've had several miracles that would seem more sensational happen since. Innumerable miracles, profound and meaningful to me. Gosh...I could go on and on siting them. but...this answer is long enough. ;)

Did you learn anything new today?
