CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Not any more. But, I used to. I never liked that natural blonde hair gets darker with age. So, I started high lighting it after I graduated. (My natural color is the color of my 10 year old daughters (see prof. pic).) I decided when I moved to Indiana that I wasn't going to color my hair anymore. But, I am having a real hard time aclimating to being a darker blonde. And it doesn't help that the women in No. Indiana seem to be way more into coloring their hair than women in So. Cal. either!

I only get my hair cut maybe once every 18months... so I actually have no idea...

my father did. my mother taught me to submit as long as my morals weren't compromised. my parents have totally different outlooks on life.

Well, that probably makes you more easily adaptable to any given situation Princess. I was born in the early 60's. My parents were extremely anti-establishment, and strong proponents for thinking for oneself. Everyone questioned authority back then. Suffice it to say, silently obeying just ain't my thang.
Yes, I feel like I'm the only one playing this thread. But, since I'm the one who authored it...I don't mind putting in the extra effort to revive it when the heart monitor starts to flat line. Thanks for playing by the way.
