Wow! It is certainly a factor, but are we ever able to fully understand what He means?

He is not bound by time as we are but is the sovereign ruler of this, His universe and all that is on it, including us, is that not His truth as in Psalm 24:1?

What is it you're giving to Him and where does repentance and its meaning come in?
