Dave, I love shepherds, too! Unfortunately my husband does not like big dogs and only tolerates my toy poodle and cat. He says it's a good thing he loves me a lot, lol!

But I love shepherds....I'd like to tell you a shepherd story, but I think I'm about to hijack this thread again, so do you think we could start a dog thread?

You know, I think my toy poodle could probably tell us. He is so loving. He follows me everywhere, and is just happy to be part of the "pack." He is always ready to come when I call him, he thinks it's the greatest thing just to be around me....

Yes, I think he could tell us. Do you think dogs you've known could tell us, too?

I will ask my toy poodle but she is a girl and shy...Do you think they have much in common?

Yes, of course they have much in common! I can just imagine them communicating. Do you think we could understand them if we tried?
