CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

ALL of it. Let's pray for all of the U.S.!
Armenia. Oh Father, You see this little country of Armenia, how much it's suffered, how much it's gone through. And now the enemy is encroaching on it even more. But Father, didn't You say that the descendants of the righteous will be blessed? Father, bless this country today. You said to Jesus, "Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for your inheritance.." Father, in Jesus' name, we ask for this country to come to Christ. We ask for a mighty movement of the Holy Spirit throughout this country. Let the blood of Jesus Christ cover this country, let your glory be over it, and let the name of Christ be lifted high in it. Let every curse of darkness, every bondage, every plan of the enemy be broken now, in Jesus' name, and let every snake and scorpion and every power of the enemy keeping these people in spiritual darkness be broken. We declare that no weapon formed against these people to keep them from the Lord Jesus Christ shall prosper, and nothing by any means shall harm them as they come to Christ. We pray, Father, that the Word of God will run swiftly in this country and be glorified, and that many will come to saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Father, we also pray for those who are in prison because they belong to Jesus Christ. We pray that You will strike off their chains and open up the prison doors. Let Your mighty warrior angels be with them, and let their feet be blessed, because it says blessed are the feet of those who bear the Good News. Father, we pray for open doors for the Gospel for them, and that You will supply their every need as they preach the name of Christ. And Father, we pray for Bibles for believers, too. Father, bless your people with peace. Encompass them with Your favor as with a shield, and be their shield and their great reward.

Lord God Heavenly Father. I pray for my new country - US, the country that is my home. I thank you that you blessed this country where we can worship You freely. I thank you for it's godly heritage and for many saints that live here. Merciful Father, forgive our many stubborn sins and many wrongs that we do. I pray that your Spirit of Truth is amongst us to lead those who love the truth. I pray that Truth is proclaimed in this country for many years to come. I pray that we send missionaries and Bibles to the whole world. I pray that you raise a new godly generation that loves the truth. I pray for the government that they seek wisdom. I pray that Your Spirit is with us, working amongst us and convicting many of their sins. Raise new godly preachers who love the Truth, who contend for faith and fearlessly proclaim your Word.
In the name of Jesus, Amen.
