Well finally they put in a pacemaker and that has reduced the worst of it.

Rubbing my legs or a glass of ice tea would certainly have been easier. Maybe I'll try one of those the next time around. (I know which next time is that?)

How, do I get back up ?

I asked Mary to "please open the window" for more-air

as soon as I could see some of the room
and recall, just how it was laid-out (arranged)
I made my way on hands and knees to the 'back' door
whilst, pushing ahead of me
the plastic bowl I had also requested
for-reason, intense nausea
and pausing to drink a half-glass of water
to give my tummy 'something' to-throw
I called out to Jesus, that "I AM READY LORD"
I then slowly recovered
to condition I could re-seat myself in my chair
[just three days past]

If, that is the route we must all take (?)
I am not at all AFRAID TO GO

We are not 'alone'
We still have blessings and the company of angels
We can see these things when our eyes have been opened

Walk on, with, faith in your heart

After my 'op' I was instructed
NOT-TO over-exert,
NOT-TO do heavy lifting,
and I guess that ALSO INCLUDED
PUSHING the upright vacuum cleaner around the lounge
(before breakfast)

Yes Mary, It was a reminder, NOT to be stubborn
and to accept the loving support
of, my 'partner' Mary whom, is a dear soul to-me

My Mary is deserving of an award
and I do, so-hope, that the Lord,
has blessed-her [with me] ALSO!
Well, that, is what she is 'repeatedly' telling me

She, has such a lovely 'sparkle' in her eyes
that I really-do feel WARMED and COMFORTABLE here


When I pause to count my blessings (?)
I HAVE, 'heaven' here on earth Praise the Lord !
His mercy is so-wonderful
I FEEL.... as if, He has said:

"HERE take this and enjoy
FOR, being such a good guy"

The termination of my second marriage
all-but finished me
in it's demeaning of, my past-devotion to Family
It is no compensensation or, respite
to know that so-many "GO-THROUGH IT"

Then, He sent 'angels'
to restore my 'id'
to nurture my soul 'caringly'
and with 'loving-kindnesses'

And so I learned
that LOVE is all-around us
for, when you FEEL it for 'another'
then, 'nothing' is too much trouble
and,
LAYING DOWN ONE'S LIFE for 'another'
would be done so-willingly ~ come the need to do so

Then, I know COMPASSION
Then, I feel the HOLY SPIRIT
and I am comfortable to go where the Lord leads me

I dont SIT AROUND ALL-DAY
But I do now, go-slowly
and wont lift, push or, PULL anything HEAVY
for the 8 weeks that I've been [advised]forbidden, so to do

I have, GIVEN MY WORD to Mary
