Hi all
Well I have had another tornado dream that I want to share. After reading it pray about it and if you want to share your thoughts feel free.
So this time I am with someone having lunch. I don't know who it was because when I think back on the dream I don't see the person but I know someone or perhaps even more than one person was sitting with me but I can't see when I picture the dream.
So we are having lunch in this cafeteria like room ( it wasn't a restaurant, there were no waiters) on the top floor of this building and it had large windows that surrounded the whole place. It was a very pretty view, there were a few smaller buildings and homes lots of trees and next to that was water but I didn't see the water until later in the dream. You could see for a very long distance and it was like a sea of trees with little white houses and white buildings tucked in here and there.
So then I see a light gray tornado heading straight for the building I am in and I point it out to the people sitting with me at the table me. The next second I am looking out the window but now we are perpendicular to the water (this is when I notice that next to that beautiful piece of land there is beautiful blue water (it wasn't violent but rather peaceful with small little ripples or waves in it but not so much that it caused a white crash the way waves do just very calm and pretty) It was like the world was flat and someone cracked it in half like you do an Oreo cookie before you dunk it in the milk. I looked up from the water and I could see the other half and it was city life. Even though we were perpendicular we were still sitting in our seats and people were still walking around like nothing was going on.
We started to sink down into the water slowly. I remember thinking I wonder what happened because this is the end. Something cracked the earth in two and we are sinking down and there is a tornado on top of it. Maybe an earthquake all I knew was natural disasters were hitting all at once. So then the tornado is coming closer and the next thing I know I am outside with my mom (not sure if she was one of the people at the table with me or not) and I grab her by the hand and we are running away from the tornado. It was a nice sunny beautiful day. It was like we were both thinking the same thing we probably won't be able to out run this tornado but if we don't we will be in heaven right after. We were both running with smiles on our faces and cheer in our heart because even though we were trying to get away we knew that if we didn't we were ok because we knew our resting place would be in heaven. For some reason my mom was younger and was keeping up with me as we ran with no problems. We were the only ones running everyone else was just walking around like normal. I didn't see the tornado now, it was like I just knew it was behind us.
So then the next thing I know I am down in the building we were having lunch in looking for a good secure place to hide until the tornado passes. The walls were made of cinder blocks, extra large cinder blocks and I thought they could withstand a tornado. So I see some people coming down the hall and they are heading up the stairs were there was a tornado and I told them not to go up there because a tornado is coming. Funny thing is the one face that stood out to me was Richard Belzer (had to look up his name) the guy who plays John Munch on Law and Order SVU. It was like some of the people were with him. I told them I was down there looking for a safe room to wait out the tornado. It was like it was the basement but the staircase led straight to the floor where the cafeteria was and that room was on the top floor. There stairs was the equivalent of one flight though. So then I hear God say sit on the stairs. Mind you the stairs were open to the room where cafeteria was which wouldn't make much since because that would offer no protection at all because it wasn't enclosed. I didn't question it though I just directed everyone to come with me and sit on the steps and they listened. I went up to the top to get my mom who was standing there and I brought her and some other people down who noticed the tornado. I told everyone God said to sit here on these stairs and we will be safe.
Now I am pretty sure those people weren't Christians but they didn't seem to bat an eye when I said God told me they just all came and sat on the stairs, not at the very top but starting where the floor would be at the top of your head if you were sitting on the stairs all the way down to the very bottom leading to that hallway were I met Richard Belzer. I was sitting about halfway down and my mom was sitting closer to the top were that floor would meet your head and I took her by the hand and told her to sit down below me I didn't want her close to where I knew the tornado would pass overhead even though I knew you could be sitting with your head right there and the tornado would pass and not even cause a single hair to blow in the wind because God said the stairs was safe. Even so I wanted to be between her and the tornado. It wasn't out of fear because I knew even there she would be safe but she's my mom and you want them to be behind you in dangerous situations.
So the next thing I know I am in my car and driving in my neighborhood and I see all these tornadoes just dropping down, some are black some are white some are gray and they are just forming and coming down all over and I am trying to drive in a direction away from the tornadoes. I decide there are too many and sooner or later I will get cornered and decided I should look for a house with a solid basement. I don't remember parking the car next thing I know I am just walking. I wasn't scared and I wasn't running around like crazy just walking. I go down this block and in the front yard of this house with a white picket fence is a gray tornado and it isn't moving just sitting in the front yard of the house right next to the fence but nothing is being disturbed. ( none of the tornadoes were doing damage) I see a corner grocer and go in and ask them if they have a basement because there are tornadoes outside. They show me their basement and I determine that it isn't secure enough the walls were wood that wasn't taken care of, I surmised that the tornado would come in and tear that wood floor above right out no problem so I left, I went to another business across the street from them and this building was built much better the floors were concrete. ( you know as I am typing this I am thinking of the three little pig story LOL). So I go in and I tell them there is a tornado coming and ask them if they have a basement. They eagerly say yes and tell me to look and I will see the windows (I was still standing outside , it was a house converted into a place of business). It was those typical little windows that you see in a house. I said no thank you because even though the floor of this house was studier I could see that it still wouldn't be safe. I looked back across the street were the corner grocer was and next to it was a house and I went there. This house was slightly larger (they were all pretty small most houses in NY are compared to other places in the US). It was dark brown with dark brown trim with a dark picket fence across the front. There was a lot of yard space around the house but the grass wasn't taken care of very well.
The funny thing is the picket fence had a thick heavy chain going across it and at the entrance gate was a lock (the old fashioned kind that has the keyhole in the center) and then I looked up at the house again and I could see the whole house had these types of locks at every opening with thick chains. I said wow they really don't want anyone coming in there ( I could tell the place was closed and no one was inside) I wasn't sure if it was a business or someone's home. I decided I would step over the picket fence and see if there was an entrance to the basement (you know those outside doors you see in those homes on farms and such). I wanted to check and see if their basement would be secure enough. I then thought I better not do that and decided it wouldn't be right to trespass on other people's property even for the reason I would be doing so. I decided to keep looking, I moved back down the block towards that house that had the tornado in the front yard and it was still there but now these two large hands were coming out of the base of the tornado reaching out to grab something but nothing was there to grab but it did break the fence. I looked at it as I was going by on the opposite side of the street and said to myself that is demonic and wondered what it meant. I continued down the block and that is where the dream ends.
Thanks!
