@ 7:30 in the video he talks about the dark side of the moon as if he's seen it.
There is no “dark side” of the moon (unless you count Pink Floyd’s album). There is day and night on every part of the moon, just like the earth.

Thanks.
So the astronauts were there when it was day time on the moon ?
There is both day and night on the moon in different locations at the same time, just as there is both day and night on the earth at the same time.

Worth watching again @prodromos & @Phil G we have never been to the moon & never will, God wont allow it as it is impossible to get through God's firmament.
So now the moon (And sun???) are Outside God's firament?

If all this is so true, why have we never been back to the moon ? It's been well over fifty years now, by now we should have at least a space station on the moon. You can't say it's b/c of the money not with the Money NASA rakes in annually.

You can actually because NASA does not control its own budgets - it is a Federal agency with a wide remit ranging from aviation safety to space exploration, and its busgets are controlled on a line-item basis by the US Congress (like in the UK, where money bills must originate in the House of Commons, the US House of Representatives proposes a budget, particularly through the House Appropriations Committee (similar to Ways and Means in the UK, which in the US refers more to issues of parliamentary procedure), which then has to be negotiated with the US Senate for approval, often involving a complex process called Reconciliation.

Even government-owned companies and quasi-federal companies, like the US Postal Service and Amtrak, depend on these budgets (since neither is profitable, unlike the Canadian Post or certain railways in Europe), but NASA, as a government agency, is really controlled by the budget. Whatever revenues it might bring in externally it does not automatically get to keep, either, unlike Amtrak or the USPS or the National Industries for the Blind.

However, a moon base is on the near term agenda of several space agencies including NASA and the Indian space program. It is also one of the reasons why Elon Musk is developing the massive Starship rockets and deploying the Starlink mobile broadband system, which could be profitable enough to help subsidize some space exploration.

There are no resources to sustain life on the moon, so if a base was established on the moon it would require constant resupply just like the ISS, except unlike the ISS the moon is not in low earth orbit.
In an emergency due to a major leak or catastrophic failure of life support systems, everyone on the moon would be dead before any help could arrive.
The lunar soil is extremely abrasive and corrosive which is a serious issue for any long term lunar missions. Wheels wear out, bearings get destroyed, spacesuits get contaminated and airtight seals leak. That would have to be addressed before any long term missions could be considered.

There does not appear to be any resources that could be mined in any remotely cost effective manner on the moon. The space race with Russia is what motivated going to the moon, but now that we know what is there, and what isn't, there is really no motivation to go back.
