It's a great idea, because it would allow them to avoid stirring up lunar dust, which is highly abrasive. Moon dust doesn't get its sharp edges eroded the way Earth dust does.A rail system would make sense although I would be interested to read why they want to use a maglev. Even if I felt inclined to watch another YouTube clip about apparent fake moon landings, it wouldn't be this one, with a swear word in the title.

It's a British thing, which originated at a time when England was largely Catholic. It only seems to have carried on in the Commonwealth countries and hasn't really been a thing in the USA.It makes you wonder where the Governments get the their saying from i.e I swear by almighty God to tell the truth & nothing but the truth, with hand on Bible.
As noted above, it isn't really a done thing in the USA, so it would probably be seen as a strange request, however I have no doubt that in a court of law, where there are actual penalties if you lie to the court, the Astronauts would have no issue with swearing to tell the truth, and then testify as to their travelling through space to the moon and back, since it actually is the truth.Something these astroNots wouldn't do.
