I try to be civil, but I don't understand your reply k558.

To be honest with you, my mom is a Christian. When I was nine, she asked me "If apes became men, why aren't they still becoming men?" I guess one of her uninformed zealot friends put her up to this question. The answer came as easily to me then as it does today. I brought her into this thread in a purely hypothetical sense. Thankfully, brainwashing wasn't her modus operandi. She was actually seeking truth too! Are you?

I, for one, am sad to see this. If you ever come back, thanks for the discussion. I shouldn't have questioned your civility. In that area, you are light-years ahead of most YEC/ID posters I usually see here. The thinking atheist realizes that this is EVERYONE'S only shot at things.
