SCOTUS has allowed Trump leeway to export immigrants but he must allow them due process. If he is still deporting them without their Constitutional rights, bthere will be trouble.
It's my understanding that the administration can legally deport individuals under the Act. In this case a government attorney said that there was a mistake with one of the 36 or so deported to El Salvador. What "facilitate" means is up for interpretation, the Trump administration believes should El Salvador release the prisoner and he makes his way back to the United States then he should be let in.

The Supreme Court ruled that the administration should facilitate the return of that one. Certainly the rest are staying in El Salvador. What "facilitate" means is up for interpretation, the Trump administration believes should El Salvador release the prisoner and he makes his way back to the United States then he should be let in. The Supreme Court may or may not address what they mean by "facilitate."
SCOTUS ruled that Trump must facilitate "make easier" and effectuate "make happen" the return of Garcia. They also sent the case back to the Federal judge, in Maryland, who has issued orders the Trump to explain what they are doing to get Garcia back.

It's important to keep the process moving.
I don't have a dog in this race, but it is interesting to me how the slant or bias of the publication is revealed in their choice of words. The man can be described as a "Maryland Father", or he could be described as "Suspected Latin American gang member." Both would be correct. The later would paint the man in a much different light than the former.

The point of this post is not to argue for one position or another, but rather to point out that we should be careful to not let headlines bias our thinking. I've decided that every publication has an axe to grind, an agenda to put forward.

That's an excellent observation. I've dealt with incredibly slanted reporters and reporting. A couple of friends of mine were witness to an assault. The police would not take a complaint against the powerful figure, and a reporter was informed. Every person is supposed to be able to go down to a police station and file a complaint against anyone you wish. The reporter wrote: "the police wouldn't take the case." Instead of showing the police violated the law and would not accept a written complaint because they were afraid to be involved with the complaint, the reporter made it sound like there was no validity to the complaint. Wordsmiths.

El Salvador refused to release the gang member/terrorist from prison so that essentially ends the story.

Sure lol, getting him back would be easy. We'll see when the courts turn the heat up on Trump. This already qualifies him for an impeachment.

If it's that easy then the Democrats will have no problem. But he will not be allowed to vote.

What does voting have to do with this. Trump violated this man's civil rights. They knew that a judge had ordered that he could not be sent back but they did it anyway.

Trump has nothing to stand on. He is knowingly challenging the authority of the Supreme Court.
