Why do some people post in rep threads and yet they reps they promised don't get given.

Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

Did you PM the "offender"?
I think if you did you would have had a sufficient answer and you would not be annoyed. No one is that inconsiderate to not rep after being PMd that they did not keep their word.
