Do you mean clips taken directly from a series, with the original/dubbed audio still there? Or does this also include music videos?

For the first of those questions, I haven't looked in a very long time, because I would only look for that kind of stuff if I want to start watching a series and want to know more about it, in which case I rely mostly on the answer to the second of those questions, www.animemusicvideos.org. It has a huge selection of anime music videos, including mine. (*shameless plug*)

You don't have to be a member to download videos marked 'Direct' or 'Indirect', but for 'Local' you've gotta join. But believe me, that's worth it considering the massive amount of quality videos on the Local server. It trounces the Direct and Indirect links a hundred times over. Just click on the Search option on the web site's sidebar and it'll take you to the Search Engine for the site's catalog.
