Thank you for saying this!!! “God called you into existence so He could lavish His love upon you.”

It really touched my heart!!! I don’t know why I can’t see life in such a positive way!! But this one little line... I think can dwell on it. You’re right about seeking help for depression, it’s a familiar spirit in my life. Though I know I struggle with anger- where it comes from, I don’t know!!!!! I guess it’s another familiar spirit!!! I need deliverance

Thank you
I certainly have plenty to be joyous about!!! And I should be but I feel guilty because I don’t. I feel angry. I can’t expl it or justify it. I feel like this life was never meant for me. I’m trying to focus on happy things but then darkness just sets in. I’ve been to counseling before it never helped. I’ve taken anti depressants too. That didn’t help. For a good long while God brought joy to my life. Now I don’t understand what’s happened

Thank you!!! This was so beau

Thank you for such a beautiful response to me and helping to boost my motivation to prayer against my anger. I know it’s a familiar spirit in my life and I need deliverance. God has delivered me from other things before, I know he can from anger! I just hope it’s soon because I don’t know how to deal with my feelings anymore!!!

You didn’t say anything about my attitude, archer. I very much appreciate your prayers, I was responding to someone else. I’m sorry. I’m still not used to using this message board. It keeps quoting ALL the replies.
No problem. I just wanted to be clear since I know how it is. You can be overwhelmed and see every response in the same way.

Yes i now anger can be hard to fight when you see wrong all around and don't understand what the purpose is of it all is.

Salvation from bad life so that you may know His good life is God's purpose for your life, through His Son Jesus Christ He wants to achieve that for you.

The best way to get a righteous anger is to go to God while angry and die being like that because you understand the truth of God's love and refuse to listen to any more lies making you so upset. Simply eat God's grace when you fall and keep eating grace. See God's gracious love flowing in your heart will do away with your angry heart and bring you kind and gentle times instead.

See God understands anger very well but His anger is righteous and just and brings good life around after the event. We people have much to learn don't you reckon? So eagerly take God's love into your angry domain and let His loving light transform you there.

You already know God has the power to overcome sin. So humble yourself before Him and confess to Him that you have stored so much anger that now you find it hard to cope and to please set you free from that. Surrendering your angry thoughts and feelings to Him and ask Him to give you the ability to let go of all of that. Meditate on the reasons that trigger your anger and observe how you go when you are angry and share all of that with Christ as you struggle with your anger.

Please stop judging yourself and refuse to heed the accuser in your guilty conscience - rather each time you fall eat grace, thank God and carry on. The more you internalise God's love the freer from an angry spirit you will become.

Be of good courage.

(It may really help you to see a Christian counsellor to help you with this.)

This made me cry so hard. I want to be set free so much. I keep asking God but I don’t understand why nothing is happening. My heart is just becoming angrier! I feel awful because it affects how I treat others and myself!!!

What i found in my battle with sin is that sin doesn't go away when we feel bad about ourselves because we do it wrong. The reason is that we focus on the sin and the sinner but not on God and His grace through Christ. Guilt and shame don't set us free but only tell us that we did it wrong.

The trick is to go to God while you are angry and then repent of angry thoughts and feelings for as long as it takes to become calm again. Focus on God's grace and love as you share your angry spirit with Him. Keep doing that for as long as it takes for God's loving truth to come shining through.

The battle with your anger may take some time. It took years to get so bad it could take years for that to lessen. It all depends how quickly you let God's love with in you change you. If you bring your angry self to God and begin to eat grace instead of judging and hating yourself because you do it wrong, you will begin to change for the better. What you need is God's love growing in your angry heart for God's love will undo the anger and transform you there. You can't do that yourself only God's love can change us.

So the whole battle with your anger is to bring your angry thoughts and feelings to Christ and to let Him replace the anger with His love and kindness in real life. As His loving grace pours into your heart it will begin to undo your angry times. The trick is to go to Jesus while you are angry and to repent of your anger while you are angry and fight the accuser in your guilty conscience with God's grace through Christ.

i found that good counselling really helped identify the lies i believed about God, myself and my neighbour. Armed with God's loving truth the change i had been longing for for so long began to materialise.

Understand that doing the loving is the power to change. So try to love yourself with God's love even when you fall - forgive yourself - accept grace - and thank God for it. The more you eat God's grace the more of God's love will grow in your heart and the freer you will be from an angry heart.

Be of good courage Jesus is eager to set you free and deliver you from this affliction just put your faith in His love and before you know it you will have hope again.

Peace

To God's Depressed Child,

To think less of yourself then God's own
Brings you much pain and suffering.
Your worth is an incredible high price
Also for you did Jesus die on the cross.

Depression is also what devil's lies brings inside
letting a low-self-esteem your good life rob
Untruths roaming freely through heart and mind
Evil lies extinguishing all happiness and fun.

His loving truth brings you His good life
While to believe lies brings pain and grief
So hold onto the promises Jesus made to you
and don't let Satan your good life squander.

Take hold of God's precious loving truth.
A life in Him stays safe from lies that hurt.
Jesus' truth will comfort your bleeding heart
Lovingly remaking your fallen life anew.

Some forms of depression are simply medical. Demons have nothing to do with them

And don't blame your own anger on demons.

OK. You realize that God made you for no other reason than to love you. Make a positive, audible statement to this effect, then pray that your emotions will catch up with what you KNOW is the truth.
