Angry Sin

Psalm 4:4 "In your anger do not sin; When you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent."[niv]

Have you ever been encouraged by something you've done for the Lord, but then felt hurt when others looked down on it?
David felt this way. But David warned us not to be lead to sin or hatred by this.
The advice in this Scripture is worth following!
The next time you have a quiet moment[for instance, when you lay down] then ask God to help you search your heart.
You may be surprised what He shows you.

Thanks for this. I have at times fallen into sin through righteous anger. It's good advice to 'be still'.
