The Bible says Angels take on human form to complete Gods work . Sometimes we may be entertaining a Angel unknowingly. My question is do you think Demons have the ability to take on human form? Can they read your mind?

Yes demons can take on human form, you're average serial killer has legions dwelling within them. All humans can (and do,) loose much of their God given good life and become to be ruled by the wicked lying instead. When demons live inside our heart they know perfectly well what is going on there, as they will be the biggest instigators of bad life within and there after without. Demons outside of the human heart do not know what is actively happening within a human heart, but after thousands of years of ruling humanity they can sure guess the contents of our thoughts.

yes they can take human form... and they can insert thoughts into your head... but they cannot literally read your mind.

Demons can manifest in a number of ways but I do not think they can take on human form anymore. Why? Because if they could take on human form they could have sex with humans like many believe fallen angels did before God flooded the world during Noah's time. 2 Peter 2:4 (KJV)
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
Those sinning angels are now in chains. I admit this is not the only interpretation that is made of this and other scriptures, that this may refer too such as
Genesis 6:1-5 (KJV)
1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. 5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

As to reading your mind, they cannot. However, they can test what you are thinking by speaking lies and judging your reactions.

Appearing in the form of a human is not the same as "being a human" you are proposing that to merely adopt our appearance is to also have our reproductive organs fully functioning like a human. Jesus argues In Matthew 22 that angels don't have the function/ability to reproduce not even with angels let alone with other species. They could take on a form/appearance but would not have all the functionality of a human.

In Genesis 18 - God the Son and two angels appear to Abraham as "3 men walking" -

You make a good point but MT 22 says angels do not marry. This could be because of duty, not because they do not have reproductive organs. Remember too the men in Sodom wanted to have sex with the angels. Gen 19. Also, in Gen 19 it seems that the angels ate. Genesis 19:3 (KJV)
3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat. IF they ate, they likely used the bathroom, so it could be possible they have all the organs. Of course no true angel would ever do any illicity sex act. However, the fallen angels in Gen 6 likely did do this. Flooding the earth kept the race pure and the fallen angels capable of this are now in chains.

Consider these two things.
1. It is not at all clear that the men of Sodom even knew they were angels or that Lot knew they were angles when he first invited them into his home and considered it too dangerous for them to stay outside.

2. It is not consistent for God to make a species designed for procreation then tell the entire species that they can never procreate. That would not make sense. And there is no case in the Bible where God appears to want to see children coming about outside of a family context - marriage. In other words that never appears as His ideal / design.

3. In Matthew 22 Christ does not say "Angels are not allowed" to procreate. Nor does He say that God tells resurrected humans not to procreate just as He told Angles not to do it. Rather He says the reason humans in heaven don't have family problems related to this life is that they are made "like" the Angels. Merely being "like them" is sufficient to have no marriage , no procreation. Implies that their form is not designed by the Creator for the function of marriage and procreation.
