First, let me start this with my disclaimer
I DO NOT PROMOTE the growing, selling and consumption of, illegal substances
But WHY..... are plants, and their 'fruit' made ILLEGAL in the first place ?
I have previously expressed 'my opinion'
~that they are illegal, ONLY because Governments could not regulate sales
and legitimately 'make profit' via taxes
The 'move' toward this end is 'in the pipeline'
With 'talk' [so far] of 'licences' to cultivate [and these, will be issued to commercial enterprises ???]
it is obvious [to me, anyway] that financiers ~of big crime syndicates [supporters of government]
will make up, the ground-floor enterprises
and later, to become the main beneficiaries of the gross profit, it will provide
Undoubtedly, these financiers, are ALREADY heavily-involved, in the Black Market production and distribution anyway
