Despite my being logged in and on the board, my name isn't showing up in the currently active users area on the main forum page.

That's weird Tribe. I can see your name. Are you looking alphabetically? The way it is set up now, your name should be first on your computer rather than all names being alphabetical like before.

Make sure your browser supports java applets. IE does not do this by default - you need to install it in IE. Or use Netscape, which has it by default.

if the chat doesn't work, just download an irc program. I'm using a free one called bersirc. it works fine

Profile pics are back already - you add them in your avatar section.

For chat to work, all you need is a browser that can run java. You can also log in to the IRC chat room using your own IRC client like mIRC.
