An Infant Needs Your Prayers

With the permission of Olivia Freeth's mother, I'm coming to you all asking you to please pray for this precious angel. She has Zellwegers Syndrome and is being a little fighter.

Her mother and I were pregnant during the same time and became members of the same forum on babycenter and she had Olivia July 29th. When I first read about her condition I was brought to tears because I watched Olivia grow inside her (we ladies shared belly shots). However, she's already surprising the docs. The below link is to her carepage and Pam (her mother) posts updates pretty much daily and pics whenever she can. You'll have to register to get into the site, but Olivia is more than worth a a minute to register.

She said a wonderful thing on her website and that was, "We want her to be a miracle ... she is already a Blessing."

Lord, i pray for Olivia. Father, you have given the Freeth family a blessing with Olivia. I pray that you would let her become the miracle that they are waiting for. That you would heal her of Zellwegers Syndrome. Father i pray that you would allow her to grow up and have a normal life. Please display a miracle in her, but may your will be done, cause you have perfect timing, and a perfect plan for our lives.

Please please remember Olivia Freeth in your prayers. Here's an update from today and she's in dire need of them.

September 22, 2004 at 04:17 PM EDTOlivia is being sent to UNC again to the Intensive care. Her G-tube somehow moved out of place and the formula was going into her body between her organs. She will need surgery immediatly. PLEASE PRAY. I am still light headed from my surgery but I am getting my mom to take me to the hospital and Dan is in the Ambulance with Olivia. I had a migrane before my surgery and they had to give me extra pain meds. This is just not a good day ... I can't believe this has happened.
