I love Evanescence! I first saw them perform on one of those awards shows, then went out and got the CD for Christmas last year. Hubby and I both love blasting it. "Going Under" is one of my personal favorites of hers. Her voice is so awesome, chilling and intriguing! Something about her style reminds me sometimes of Stevie Nicks...anyone else notice that at all?

i really like Evanescense a lot.

i like Amy's voice, she's a talented beautiful woman, and i've enjoyed the music a lot.

my only semi-frustration with Evanescense, and it's nothing about their music or Amy's singing, and there are two members in there from other great bands, Cold and Living Sacrifice. Cold was just an amazing, honest band, and Living Sacrifice, one of the best Christian metal bands in my opinion.

oh well, things happen and Evanescense make good music in my opinion. look forward to hearing their albums they put out.

I am interested in her and what direction she will take the band in the future.
The fascination comes from being curious about how going from being small band to titanic will affect her. I do not currently see her as any kind of sellout. But I wonder how long that will last. It's nice to see a girl grab a chunk of this field. Lately it seems that the harder music is, as I said in another thread, nerf-rock for WWF fans.

im a big fan of Evanescence, and Amy Lee of course, i think she has one the most beautiful voices i ever heard in my life, and a great musicwriter, but i don't think she is pretty, she has nice eyes, but sometimes she looks weird, like she looks dead or something.(i lov it)

I really enjoy listening to Evanascence, only started really liking them after the CD was bought for me. Played the whole CD and just truly enjoyed listening to all the songs on it, instead of only hearing the ones they play on the radio.
