bio: He is A direct Father to Son decendant of Aragorn and an almost direct desendant of Legolas as such he is heir to both the throne of gondor and mirkwood. He is the weilder of the sword Anduril and the bow of Legolas.
Story from our time: In our time the dragons have nearly all died out because the orcs got hungry and went looking for prey there are only 10 adult dragons left and the only reason they are left is because they are under human protection the king of the dragons Bahamut is friends with Altan and because of the friendship Altan was given an Item called a dragoon spirit and thus is able to use the power of the dragons.
