We are getting ready to start competetions. I am so pumped. How many of you girls travel and dance?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My oldest dances. She was with a competition dance team for the last 8 years. Now she is on the High School drill team and they will start competions in 2 weeks. Everything is going faster and faster trying to get ready. This year they will travel for nationals to New York over spring break. The girls are very excited.

I dance and travel. Me and my best friend stay in a hotel every time. It is so fun. We only have a month until our first competion. Can't wait.

i do but it's mainly in my area or the next state over. it's so crazy! we always get up later that we wanted and then i leave something. one time i left my jazz shoes at home and the had to cut an opening on the bottom of my tights so i wouldn't fall. thank goodness we lived close cuz i got my shoes a couple numbers before we went on.

i forgot my scarf for a dance once and it was basically the focus of the dance so my mum had to drive home to get it and i only got it about 5 or 10 min before my dance!

I did for one year but my 8 year old little sister does now and it's her second year on the team. I love it and traveling with her to see her team compete
