It's actually easy to be a parent. I am not talking about the "hard" stuff.
When you come home from work. Take 10 mins off, as you deserve, maybe take a cat nap before you come home or 15 mins for a relaxing coffee and just chill.
Your Family deserve and want YOU. Not your work problems, they can't help you with those and they will be there tomorrow whether you come home happy or sad. If you do this, you will SEE your FAMILY when you get home and just as importantly, THEY wil SEE YOU.
At least, give it a try and tell me I'm wrong.
