I've heard it mentioned a few times on this board, and I have no idea where the bible stands on it, but I've gotten the impression that all sins are equal in the eyes of God.
Lets assume that there are two twin 15 year old brothers who have lived a very upstanding and good Christian lifestyle, models of society so to speak. They are identical in every way. One day one goes into a convenience store and steals a pack of gum, giving into temptation. The other brother goes into the store across the street, snaps, and kills 6 people with a hatchet. Both run outside and are struck by the same truck, no time to repent or confess. Would both of these brothers be given the same judgment?
Hey
Your kind off on the idea of what sin really is. You have sin in your blood pumping through every inch of you, your infected just like everybody else in the world.
How can you know your infected,Romans 5:12
by one man sin entered into the world, and
death by sin; and
so death passed upon all men,
for that all have sinned:
If you will die then it is in you and there no way for us to get it out our selfs, see your not a sinner from what you do, your a sinner as your shaping inside your mothers womb. It is passed on from fathers, the first was adam, he is the one man in that Scriptures you just read.
This is why Jesus is so Special, God by passed the human father and placed Jesus into the womb of a Virgin, by doing this the blood that Jesus carried inside as he Shaped was pure and since he is Gods Son that blood is Holy and pure.
No there was still all the other things he did to fulfil the Scriptures and He payed every price God required for us to enter into Heaven.
But it was all by Jesus, are you one of those infected, Then you need Jesus also.
Anyone can choose to reject him, and all he did and they can pay for being a sinner at Judgement day when all who don't see him for the Saviour for sins.
Do you see why Jesus so special? Let him Save you.
