All Catholic areas, even if they are given leeway in conversation one way or the other, have respect for Church teaching as part of their Statement of Purpose.
Since that is the case materials and statements from Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good and Catholics United will not be allowed to be posted in any Catholic area. These two groups seek to politically create dissent in the Church and hold heterodox positions. As such it is considered a violation of the SOP to post materials from these groups. We do the same already with other dissident groups like Schismatic groups that claim they have the true Pope and other variations on that issue.
Articles discussing these groups can be posted but they can not advocate for their dissent or promote the group as authentically Catholic in viewpoint. If you agree with something they support that happens to be orthodox in Catholic teaching, make that case with the Teaching of the Church and not by appealing to or citing these two groups.
