All Programs, after Start bar

Hi there,
I reallieze that this is a rather lame question, but for the life of me I can not remember how to add folders into the Start Menu. More to the point. in XP how do you create a new folder in your all program menu.

Right click on the START button, and hit Explore.

From there a window should pop up and you should be able to create/delete/modify the folders and shortcuts.

that is the one to use if you want it to add it to all the users profiles
