And that is what I get to do this next week. I have no school, very little homework, and no work- I haven't had this happen for years (and am not trying to brag about it), but I think God has good things in store for me. I know He has been telling me to slow down; to slow down so that I don't get myself sick every month, have time to sleep, have time for myself, but also time to spend with our great Creator! I have the opportunity to spend a lot more time in prayer and devotionals the last few months and I realized that God is trying to tell me way more than I ever had time to listen to before. I have been writing down prayers in my journal, whether they are big or small, worries of mine or others; whatever they may be. I continually check back on them and they are witnesses to me on how amazing God's grace is and that He is always answering prayers, whether we realize it or not, or whether we even lift them up to Him. I encourage everyone to spend an extra minute today in solitude to be in God's silence to just pray and listen to Him! Amazing things happen!
