I am not sure how you justify claiming that the Holocaust occurred underGood scripture. Not sure how you think it’s a rebuttal, though.
Do you believe children are raped in heaven?
If God's will is the same on earth as it is in heaven, and children are not raped in heaven - then why are they raped on earth?
The Jews hated Christ. Why shouldn’t they suffer God’s wrath. The Jews in the first century certainly did.I am not sure how you justify claiming that the Holocaust occurred under
the authority of Christ? Did Christ come to destroy or save?
That’s a very simple viewpoint. People don’t die in heaven. Or get cancer. Or age. Etc.If God's will is the same on earth as it is in heaven, and children are not raped in heaven - then why are they raped on earth?
Do you believe it is God's will for hundreds of thousands of innocent children aborted?
Do you believe it is God's will for people to be robbed in their homes?
Do you believe school shootings are part of God's will?
Again if it is not God's will in heaven - then it will not be His will on earth.
You have the full extra biblical doctrine of Total Depravity, Unconditional Election, Limited Atonement, Irresistible Grace and Perseverance of the saints as your theological badge.
Without use of frail human logic, can you directly address that YH-H spoke to Jerimiah in first person that He did not command or think of a thing... and again... eventually leveled those civilizations that dared to do such wickedness as burn babies?
Jeremiah 19:5 Cross Reference
So… no answer to why it never entered God’s mind or was “commanded” by God. Fair enoughYou're mentioning acts that fallen humans have done and not Satan and like i said satan is completely bound to God fallen humans are mostly not because we were not created solely to serve God like the angels were. Satan tempts, lies and deceives because that's his nature and one thing hamster and I might disagree on (and that's alright two reformed people don't have to 100% agree on everything) is the fact that Satan with God's permission causes everything to happen. There are some things that mankind are responsible for. Like your example of burning babies. Mankind did that, not Satan or God. And nothing that mankind nor Satan has ever done will not ultimately be punished by God even if he foreordained parts of it like the fall.
Don't forget reformed theology isn't something that's been cooked up within the past 100 years it's been mainstream Protestant thought almost since the time of Luther and Originated with him and even primarily goes back to Augustine. A majority of Christians believed in predestination including the apostles. So parts of reformed theology can be traced that far back. It's not like the two of us are spewing brand new ideas it has rich Biblical history.
You brought up my signature which is a tad off topic but my signature is from Facebook I had somebody share it with me. I happened to like it and found many of the scriptures provided supported many of the points so I decided to use it as a signature for these forums.
and you are once again avoiding the question - I did not say anything about dying or cancer - but the acts of the devil on the earth. That’s a very simple viewpoint. People don’t die in heaven. Or get cancer. Or age. Etc.
You did ask if there is rape in heaven. And then said “If God's will is the same on earth as it is in heaven, and children are not raped in heaven - then why are they raped on earth?” So I pointed out a lot of things that happen on earth that don’t happen in heaven. So I didn’t avoid anything.and you are once again avoiding the question - I did not say anything about dying or cancer - but the acts of the devil on the earth.
As clearly written in Scripture, specifically for one Ephesians 2 - the nazis were (and are ) subjects of hasatan, not of Jesus, ever.Did the Nazis attempt to exterminate the Jews under Christ's authority, or Satan?
What about the Romans who destroyed Jerusalem as a judgement against Israel? As clearly written in Scripture, specifically for one Ephesians 2 - the nazis were (and are ) subjects of hasatan, not of Jesus, ever.
The Jews hated Christ. Why shouldn’t they suffer God’s wrath. The Jews in the first century certainly did.
See 70 AD.Not all the Jews hated Christ.
For example.. .The apostles.
That wasn’t the Jews. That was the Romans. And keep in mind that Jesus asked God to forgive the JEWS , when Christ said from the Cross...
"Father forgive THEM"..
God’s chosen people are those who follow Christ. And God did.
So, what you dont seem to grasp is that SATAN hates the Jews, because they are God's Chosen, and JESUS a JEW is the SON OF GOD... and Satan envies this to the point that he has tried to Destroy the Jew, for 4000 yrs and is still trying.
Just ask : IRAN/ISLAM
Just ask : Hamas
Just ask : Syria
Just ask : Hesbollah
Just ask : ISIS
Just ask : Hitler
And if Biden continues to try to deny Israel the supplies it needs to destroy the Islamic Savages (Hamas) then add Biden to Satan's List.
See 70 AD.
That wasn’t the Jews. That was the Romans.
God’s chosen people are those who follow Christ.
So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience;
— Colossians 3:12
No flaming, please. The fact is that Jerusalem’s destruction was the official end of the old covenant due to Israel’s unfaithfulness.Im not "of the Cult of Preterism"
When they came to the place called The Skull, there they crucified Him and the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left. But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves. You think that Jesus's prayer " Father forgive THEM" was for the Romans, yet not the Jews?
When in fact He was saying it to the Jews who were at that time saying to Jesus..."come on down from those Nails if you are the Messiah".
But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel; nor are they all children because they are Abraham’s descendants, but: “through Isaac your descendants will be named.”Those are Born Again Christians.
However, when you read the OT, you'll note that Those who are connected to Abraham, who were given "the land" are God's original Chosen.
I never said anything about predestination. My point has been that the Jews who do not acknowledge their Messiah are not God’s chosen people. They are enemies of God just like the rest of the unsaved. God could have stopped the holocaust in so many different ways. He didn’t.Its those whom MOSES led out of Egypt.. (among others).
And when the Trib starts... God RESUMES His dealing with the JEW (Chosen).
You might take notice that there are 144,000 Jews who come forth. (Chosen).
Yes, Chosen "In Christ"... not Pre-destined before you are born.

That was the Romans… Please show the verseSee 70 AD.

Not against the rules. No preterism please.
It was still about the Romans.Your verse is an OT prophecy.....regarding the Crucifixion.
So, these are who were forgiven..
Matthew 27:41-44.
And how do you know He forgave them?
Because His Father and The Son also, said...>"forgive 70x7"... "love your enemies"..... etc, etc.
Paul saId.. "and all of Israel shall be saved"... Rom 11
Will be. Not are. In the end, all those in Israel will be believers. But not today.Notice He didnt say...>"gentiles and Israel".
This is the New Covenant. The reason he left out "gentiles' is because that is "time of the Gentiles".... and Paul is the "apostle TO the Gentiles".
Jews were God's chosen in the entire OT.
All the Prophets, Judges, Apostles..
JEWs.
"The Chosen".
God sent Jesus as JEW...... (Chosen people)(OT).
I did. Read further. That was the Romans… Please show the verse
I have. Who handed Jesus over to the Romans?I did. Read further.
