Ailment OCD

Guys, I need advice. I've been going thru this fatigue for about three weeks and get worried what could it be? Well my blood tests show that Im fine and the Doctor thinks it's all in my head...Today I have fatigue and a litl numbness in my face and my mind keeps going over do you have cancer or do you have something serious...Which in fact makes my symptoms so much more sensitive...Ugh I hate this...You get past something and BAM there is something else...I don't know if Im really obsessing or in fact I do have these symptoms and I can't cope with it...So please any advice...

I don't like it when doctors write it off to "its all in your head". This to me seems unethically but they do it I have read and seen though out the years, and with myself and family. They are not God, and are Practicing medicine. So with said, it is your body. And with this new symptom of numbness, I would go back. If he still treats you like that, see another doctor.
If you are feeling bad, continue to see doctors until they find out what is is.

I am not a doctor, but numbness doesn't sound like cancer to me. But I do feel going back and finding out what it is, is very legitimate and will make you feel better.

Yes Dabro...ditto to above! It may be that it's a physical reaction to your mental suffering but to say that's merely in your head is to forget that the brain is a major physical organ! Sorry you're struggling...it is so frustrating when it's one thing after another. Hope you get some help with this soon...take care, Rachel

I used to be really scared that I had a brain tumor, I had a stress headache that lasted for over a weak in the base of my neck and aneurysms' also run in my family so I was really scared I had an aneruryms too. I've been worried about cervical cancer & anything terminal gets my worries fired up...so your not alone.
