I happen to think and always have that God is punishing us for the evil we do and not holding Him completely holy, through such things as homosexuality, not observing the sabbath, premarital sex, etc. This is only the modern manifestation of the wrath we've all read about in the Old Testament. I won't say god hates everyone because of our acceptance of the homosexuals, but he's making his intent known. Personally, I will not fornicate with a female anymore until I am married. Sure, because I started life with little religion, it was very tough because I would only want to talk to women if they were going to fornicate with me, but things have changed since I accepted the Lord.
