Who? Alex??? Does not know? :D

I guess I'll have to spend some time going through the whole batch then. Thanks buddy.
You are welcome bro. Yeah, I do not like AI image generators, cos that is not what I use AI for. I use mine for making devotionals, plus most of the AI images look so fake.

My plan for using these images is for illustrations to accompany Bible commentary.
I actually got some images that looks really great - almost exactly what I was aiming for, but I prefer to have them look less realistic, and more like 3d animation.
So, I am looking for a generator to transform the images.

If you look at the video I linked, that ai generator actually does a great job.

It not only transforms the image into a variety of genres, but it actually can track a face, and change the expressions.
That is fantastic, especially if one wants to make character for a scene.
Imagine Bible scenes coming to life using visuals!

I may go ahead and use the images as they are, and I'll let you know when I make the post. It will likely be a blog.

I wish you luck. You could also hire an artist, though, that costs dough.

What? Pay for something that is available free of charge to the youngest hobbyist? Not a chance.
Taking a few hours to find a tool on the net isn't that costly at all.

Yeah, might as well use AI. Anyways, I will be leaving this thread until your project is done. Good luck, brother.

Hey Alex.
I used your advice, and hired an artist - yours truly. :D
I used the AI generator to get the images, and with some editing, I created my own animations.
Of course, I'm not doing a professional job, so, I'm satisfied with the results. I used FLUX.1, which did way better than others models I tried.

FLUX: This new AI image generator is eerily good at creating human hands

You can see the work here.
There's more to come, since I am going to be illustrating Genesis Chapters 1 and two.

You're right. I did not even notice that. :D
I thought about something just now.

Instead of using "made of" for the materials, I tried "painted the color of", and got this:
View attachment 351543
Which means, the AI is applying clay to every part.
So, perhaps what I may need to do, is find a way to separate the last clause from the others.
With some more adjustments, I might figure out the way to "talk" to this thing. :)
The statue doesn't look too happy about the changes. LOL!
He seemed perfectly satisfied with his first version though.

So, you made the Big Bang Genesis 1 art yourself? That is pretty cool. :)

Also, FLUX.1 seems pretty good with hands, so I am sure the AI would come in handy for future projects. It still sucks at text. Also, that AI-generated Asian guy in that Ars Technica article looks good.

No Big Bang going on in Genesis :D but yes, creation by God, did start with a lot of "explosive" energy. Isaiah 40:26

I think you are right. AIs are poor at text prompts, imo.
Yet, they show you such nice samples on their web page.

I think it has to do with knowing how to communicate with them.
I'm lousy at that evidently. I was curious to see what FLUX would give me...
"full image of large standing statue of Babylonian king with head made of gold, with arms folded across chest made of silver, with belly made of copper, thighs, calves and shins made of iron, feet made of iron mixed with clay"

I get a weird looking Egyptian king.

I'm done.
I'll stick with editing the image myself. That saves wasted typing.
I can easily find a Babylonian King on line; cut his head off, and stick it on an Egyptian. :grinning:

As for FLUX being good with hands... only if you use negative prompts to prevent deformed figures.

Editing the image could be a good idea. Let There Be Light reminds me of the Big Bang (as a Catholic priest came up with the Big Bang theory) in the 1920s, and we have detected that light. God spoke the Universe into existence.

And yes, AI still has a long way to go.

I just went to my email's inbox, and realized I had registered with Lenardo AI.
It's not bad, but it's not good either. Perhaps it is good at some thing. Like robots.
Using the Realtime Generator, gave me an idea I can use in other AI image generators.

statue.png

Took me about 40 minutes to edit it, since the images were not 100% exact in size, which isn't bad, in my opinion.

I generated he same image, but changed the color.
"large full body copper color statue of Babylonian king standing with arms folded across chest against black background"

FLUX had no problem generating exactly what I prompted. Except for one thing... FLUX does not seem to know any other culture but Egypt. LOL.

Say, I wanted the image to stand more confidently, and feet further apart.
"large full body gold color statue of Babylonian king standing confidently with arms folded across chest and legs apart against black background"
1724899080402.png

FLUX does this in one go.

Lenardo does not know how to follow commands well. Asking Lenardo to fold the arms across the chest, is like speaking to a wall.
Lenardo is great for if you want the same image, in different styles.
For example...
"disciples of Jesus"
disciples of Jesus.jpg

"disciples of Jesus" - Kids illustration at 0.3
disciples of Jesus - kids illus 3.jpg

As you can see, the hands are messed up, but this does not happen all the time. Mostly when tweaking the image, it happens.

I think my search bode results.
FLUX will give me a start with my images. I wonder what Jesus would look like.

Looks like a scene from one of those movies.

Interesting stuff. I like what FLUX.1 does for you. It seems to be the better image generators. Leonardo seems like a horrible AI, while FLUX.1 is better. Hopefully, in the future, I could try installing a local AI image generator on my computer, but my laptop would probably implode. It already implodes when running LLMs.

Yes. FLUX encourages me, and thanks for your tips. They were helpful.
