Hello All ,

I am presenting to you the following questions posed to me by some Unbelievers:

1) What would be the age of the earth?

2) If what science says is true about the age of the earth going back to about 2-3 million years ago. What type of life existed on this earth?

3) If what moses wrote in the Bible is true then what is the age of Adam of eve when they are kicked out of Garden of Eden(they are really interested of how many years they could have enjoyed Garden of Eden)?

4) If what moses says is true about Garden of Eden are there any Archealogical remains about garden of eden?. Because the scientists were able to produce archealogical evidence life existed even at 2-3 millions years ago and were able to dig out large animal bones which people call them and believe them to be dianosarus?.

Sorry but i need difinite answers. I tried answering them with whatever i know and tried all those logical theories too. But nothing convinced them. I am stuck with their questions. There are lots to come. But please try these.

All I'll say is good luck on that one.

You are arguing against all known mainstream sciences if you try to show evidence of a young earth and a global flood.

The theory of a young earth and a global flood has been falsified. That means that there is evidence and physical things that could not exist if the earth was young or if a global flood is responsible for the global record. Once a theory is falsified with such evidence, no matter how much evidence supports your case, until you address the evidence that falsifies your ideas, there isn't much point.

Well I thought i would get some meaningful answers from the experts. Anyhow most replies showed that the way my questions have been phrased are too much irritating rather than Gentle. I am sorry about that. But i am poor in english and also poor in Phrasing sentences. Please except my apologies for this. But please do answer them if you know.

1) What would be the age of the earth?
The age of the earth is 4.55 billion years.

Edited to add: That is the american billion 4.55 billion = 4,550,000,000

2) If what science says is true about the age of the earth going back to about 2-3 million years ago. What type of life existed on this earth?
Life didn't appear on earth until 3.9 billion years ago, if I remember correctly.

3) If what moses wrote in the Bible is true then what is the age of Adam of eve when they are kicked out of Garden of Eden(they are really interested of how many years they could have enjoyed Garden of Eden)?
Most young earth creationists claim that the earth was created 6,000 years ago. They have yet to supply evidence that this age is correct. I think the time in the Garden of Eden was about 100 years.

4) If what moses says is true about Garden of Eden are there any Archealogical remains about garden of eden?. Because the scientists were able to produce archealogical evidence life existed even at 2-3 millions years ago and were able to dig out large animal bones which people call them and believe them to be dianosarus?.
No one has ever found human artifacts and dinosaur fossils in the same layer of earth. In fact, no one has ever found grass or grass pollen in the same layer as dinosaurs. You would expect that the Garden of Eden would have all three; human artifacts, dinosaurs, and grasses all in the same layer of earth.

Sorry but i need difinite answers. I tried answering them with whatever i know and tried all those logical theories too. But nothing convinced them. I am stuck with their questions. There are lots to come. But please try these.
You might want to go to the "creationists only" section to get a better feeling of what they believe.

1. About 4.7 BILLION years old.

2. Life did not exist on earth 4.7 billion years ago. 1.2 billion years later the first reproducing bits of chemistry would form. That was 3.5 billion years ago.

3. Are you asking "if both what Moses said is literal and true and science is correct?" In that case, I do not have an answer, and I doubt that anyone does.

4. I believe that somewhere in Iraq, in the Tigris-Euphrates river valley is what is believed to be the fertile area that is refered to as the Garden of Eden, or perhaps the real-life version of the fictional Garden of Eden.

Pesky Unbelievers...

1) What would be the age of the earth?
4.6 billion years old, or there abouts.

2) If what science says is true about the age of the earth going back to about 2-3 million years ago. What type of life existed on this earth?
2-3 million years ago the earth did exist, and it had for some time. This is what is called the Pliocene Epoch which you can read about here, here, and here. Mammals were going strong (with the exception of South America; there giant birds were the dominant large predators until the connection between North and South came around somewhere in this timeline we're talking about), Dinosaurs were long dead, and humans were still developing in Africa (australopithecines I believe).

3) If what moses wrote in the Bible is true then what is the age of Adam of eve when they are kicked out of Garden of Eden(they are really interested of how many years they could have enjoyed Garden of Eden)?
There is no evidence to base a guess on.

4) If what moses says is true about Garden of Eden are there any Archealogical remains about garden of eden?
No.

Because the scientists were able to produce archealogical evidence life existed even at 2-3 millions years ago and were able to dig out large animal bones which people call them and believe them to be dianosarus?.
I don't know of any Dinosaur bones from Iraq (which is where Eden would have been).

Sorry but i need difinite answers.
I have a feeling mine weren't the answers you were looking for ;)

Tell him that Christianity and an old earth fit perfectly fine together.

A fellow Christian answers:

1) What would be the age of the earth?

What they said above.

2) If what science says is true about the age of the earth going back to about 2-3 million years ago. What type of life existed on this earth?

What Troodon said.

3) If what moses wrote in the Bible is true then what is the age of Adam of eve when they are kicked out of Garden of Eden(they are really interested of how many years they could have enjoyed Garden of Eden)?

What Moses said could be Truth, even if it is not historically accurate. God could have been providing allegorical truths as elsewhere in the Bible. If there was a literal Adam and Eve, then they could have spent a long time in the Garden (again, assuming a literal Garden).

4) If what moses says is true about Garden of Eden are there any Archealogical remains about garden of eden?. Because the scientists were able to produce archealogical evidence life existed even at 2-3 millions years ago and were able to dig out large animal bones which people call them and believe them to be dianosarus?.

I am not sure I get this last sentence, but no, there has been no archeological evidence of the Garden.

The point you need to make to them is that Scripture is true and contains the Truth, whether God created 6,000 years ago or billions of years ago. The Bible is true and can be trusted whether God created all the species at once, or whether He used evolution as His creative tool. Don’t let them use a PERCEIVED contradiction between evolution and Scripture to say that Scripture is invalid. There is no contradiction, evolution and an old earth fit perfectly fine with the Bible.

The earth is young. It cannot possibly billions of years old, amen.
There are also many scientists who believe the earth is young too,
and no matter what you say or claim, you cannot change the truth.
Homosexuals say that they are born gay,and they try to get Doctor's
to find evidence to support their agenda, yet it is simply not true.
The earth is young no matter what any liberal says.

And what about us conservatives who accept evolution?

Were you aware that only 1/10th of 1% of scientists in the relevent fields accept a young earth? This means the VAST majority of Christian scientists do not accept a young earth.

What scientific evidence do you have that supports a young earth? What evidence for an old earth has been falsified?

The earth is young no matter what any liberal says.
In other words, "I am so emotionally invested in my concept of a young earth that I refuse to acknowledge evidence to the contrary."

There was once a group of people who used the same reasoning. They believed that the sun orbits the Earth and refused to acknowledge scientific evidence to the contrary. Are you really willing to follow in their footsteps?

For the Garden of Eden, I don't think there would ever be any evidence proving that it was there. This may be the biggest proof of itself, though I'm not certain.
Anyways, while they were in the Garden, there was NO sin. Therefore no death. So there wouldn't be any fossils then would there?

You know, I was just about to say I can't believe any of you are taking this obvious YEC parody seriously until I saw this...

Provide evidence and stop posturing and maybe people will take you seriously.

There are also many scientists who believe the earth is young too,
Less than 1% equals many? Let's be realistic here...

and no matter what you say or claim, you cannot change the truth.
That's right. No matter how much the YECists complain endlessly, it won't change the fact that they were proved wrong almost two centuries ago and all evidence points to an old age of the earth. No amount of YECist complaining will change that.

The earth is young no matter what any liberal says.
This has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with evidence.

What the hell does "being gay" have to do ANYTHING with the age of the Earth? Instead of your own wishfull thinking, do you have any evidence that the Earth is Young That isn't falsified? Heck, where in the name of all that's holy does it say in the Bible that the Earth is 6000 years old? Oh that's right,

IT DOESN'T .

It is very difficult to pull of a successful parody of young Earth creationism, because it is so much sillier than than any parody could hope to be.

:sigh:
