Age Of Empires 3 Or Something Like It?

Does anybody here know if there will ever be an Age Of Empires 3? And Could anybody recommend a game that follows the theme of Age Of Empires 2? I would really appreciate it.

You allready have age of mythology. It's as close as AoE 3 as I guess you'll come... The developers pretty much went out of "time", because the only time they haven't yet covered is the last part of 19th century and up till today.. And I'm pretty sure they won't be making a RTS with a more modern theme.

I really wish they would have done one specifically with biblical times. The tribe of Israel defeating all those cities... that would be so cool to play! Think any Christian developers would create something along those lines?

There was another AoE-similar game, but I forgot what it was. Bah. I'll try to remember it sometime. I twasn't as great though

I only tried it briefly. If it comes on sale, I think I'll buy it.. Anyway. I forgot there is another game which is really like AoE: Rise of Nations. My bro lost lots of nights of sleep over that game..

Hm that's still not the one I'm thinking of. World Empires? Empire something. Bah, I forgot. It got too Red-Alertish towards teh end though. I hat emodern warfare. Give me a bow and arrow.

Yeah, that might be it. It even goes into the future. Rise of Nations is "only" entering present times.

Rise of Nations is good, but what makes it bad is how you can win by default just be researching everything.
